Identity is not
a privilege.

The Tiny Feet Foundation ensures every child — regardless of income, hospital, or circumstance — receives a permanent, meaningful birth record.

This isn't charity for the sake of optics. This is identity infrastructure for people who would otherwise never get it.

NICU Families Underserved Hospitals Crisis Response Community Programs

"A record exists for every child born in a hospital. The Tiny Feet Foundation ensures that extends to every child born anywhere."

Why this foundation exists.

In 2022, a nurse in a Level III NICU handed a grieving mother a single sheet of paper — a discharge summary for the child who had not survived.

That was all that existed. A form. A date. A name.

No record of the 11 days that child was here. No record of who held them first. No record of the sounds in the room, the names the parents whispered, or the life that had been present — however briefly.

That is the gap Tiny Feet Foundation exists to fill.

"Every child who arrives deserves a record. Every family who loses deserves to keep something permanent."
Who It Serves

Four populations.
One standard of dignity.

TTFF targets the children most likely to be overlooked by existing systems — not because they're less deserving, but because no infrastructure existed to serve them.

NICU Babies

Families navigating neonatal intensive care are in crisis. Documentation is the last thing on their mind — and the first thing they'll wish they had when their child grows up. TTFF ensures their record exists, regardless of outcomes.

400K+ admissions / year

Low-Income Families

Birth Codex starts at $247. For many families, that's not accessible. The foundation closes that gap — delivering the same document, the same permanence, at no cost to the family.

No reduced version

Underserved Hospitals

Public hospitals and community health centers don't have the budget or leverage to negotiate premium infrastructure. TTFF provides Codex Core at no cost to qualifying institutions — with all compliance protections intact.

Full Codex Core deployment

Crisis Births

Disasters, emergency situations, and displacement events disrupt documentation systems entirely. TTFF maintains rapid-deployment capacity to restore birth record generation in affected areas — because a crisis doesn't pause identity.

The Model

A distribution engine,
not a charity program.

TTFF runs on the same infrastructure as My Birth Codex — layered on top, not built separately. Every dollar goes further because the hard work is already done.

Funding Sources
Four complementary funding channels provide stability and scale without dependence on any single source.
Birth Codex Revenue Share
A defined percentage of every Birth Codex sale is allocated to the foundation — creating a self-funding loop where commercial success directly drives mission delivery.
Individual Donations
Parents, families, and individuals who believe in birth identity preservation contribute directly to fund records for others who cannot afford them.
Hospital Partnerships
Hospitals that deploy Codex Core can commit a portion of their partnership fee toward foundation placements at qualifying institutions in their region.
Grants
Government, foundation, and corporate grants targeted at maternal health equity, digital identity, and early childhood documentation initiatives.
Distribution Channels
Foundation records move through the same verified channels as commercial placements — guaranteeing identical quality and security standards.
Hospitals — Public & Underfunded
TTFF provides Codex Core deployment to qualifying public hospitals at no cost. Every birth in these facilities generates a permanent record for every family — automatically, without means-testing or application.
NICU Units
Direct partnerships with NICU programs to ensure every infant admitted receives a Codex Origin record — regardless of outcome, timeline, or family financial status.
Community Programs
WIC offices, federally qualified health centers, and community doula programs distribute foundation-funded records to families outside the hospital system.
Disaster & Emergency Response
Pre-positioned rapid-deployment protocols for active disaster zones, refugee situations, and crisis birth scenarios where documentation infrastructure has been disrupted.
Why This Matters Strategically

The foundation strengthens
the entire ecosystem.

Most foundations are treated as separate. TTFF isn't. It is designed to create leverage at every level of the My Birth Codex ecosystem — commercially, institutionally, and categorically.

01

Hospital Leverage

Walking into a hospital conversation changes entirely when you can say: we don't just sell infrastructure — we give it to institutions who can't afford it. That shifts the dynamic from vendor to partner.

"We don't just sell. We give. That changes the conversation instantly."
02

Brand Authority

You are no longer a product company. You are a company defining a category: birth identity preservation. TTFF is the proof that the category matters beyond commerce.

"We are defining how identity is recorded at the moment of birth — for everyone."
03

Emotional Gravity

Families don't just buy from My Birth Codex — they believe in it. TTFF is the evidence that the mission is real. It converts customers into advocates and donors into evangelists.

"Every Birth Codex sale funds a record for a family that couldn't afford one."
04

Long-Term Positioning

This is how you become the standard. The default. The name associated with birth identity. Governments notice when a private infrastructure is serving a public need at scale.

"Every child gets a Codex. Every birth is recorded with meaning."

"selling products"

"owning the identity layer of birth"

"The same permanent record. The same archival standard. Regardless of where a child enters the world."

What TTFF Becomes

Not a charity.
A global registry-backed movement.

Every child gets a Codex.
Every birth is recorded with meaning.
Hospitals adopt it as a standard.
Governments eventually notice.

"Identity is not a privilege. It is the first thing every child deserves."

Impact

Initial cohorts launching now.

We track what matters: families served, Codices delivered, and lives permanently recorded. The numbers are building. The standard is being set.

Phase 1
Current Stage

Founding cohort of families, hospital partners, and community organizations. Records being created. Infrastructure being validated.

3.6M
Annual Births (U.S.)

The total addressable population TTFF is working toward. Every birth without a permanent record is a gap the Foundation exists to close.

100%
Same Record

Foundation recipients receive the identical Codex Origin document as paying families. No reduced version. No distinction at the record level.

"We will report publicly on families served, Codices delivered, and MYA activations as the Foundation scales. Transparency is not optional — it is how trust is built."
